Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the processing of personal information on the VPNTQ marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It distinguishes between website analytics, account and order records, and data related to international route usage, and explains the purposes and limits of processing each type of information. Third-party payment pages are governed by their own privacy policies.

Account Information and Purpose of Collection

You can create a VPNTQ account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is not a required registration detail. If you voluntarily provide an email address or other contact information in a support ticket, it will only be used to address that specific issue. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.

Account identifiers, subscription status, data balance, and necessary authentication information are used to identify accounts, provide subscriptions, and manage service entitlements. Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and transaction reference information. They are used to verify payments, handle refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Support ticket content is used to investigate issues submitted by users.

No-Logs Policy and Operational Data

VPNTQ does not record which websites users access through its subscription service. It does not store browsing content, lists of destinations, or DNS query history, and does not create records that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Website analytics are separate from browsing records on subscription routes.

This service does not retain connection logs that link accounts to destinations over the long term. Temporary session state required to maintain an active connection is released when the session ends and is not stored as browsing history. Account data totals are used to measure plan usage and are not linked to information about websites visited. The minimum operational records needed to address faults or security incidents are used only for the relevant incident, then deleted or de-identified once the review is complete and no further investigation is needed.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral categories, and button usage so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to website interactions and are not used to track browsing activity on subscription routes. Do not place subscription links or account credentials in page addresses, feedback screenshots, or public content.

Cookies and local storage are used as needed to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and retain essential interface settings. You can clear or restrict this data through your browser; clearing authentication data requires you to log in again, and restricting essential storage may affect panel features. Clearing browser data only affects information on your device; it does not delete your account or orders from the server.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

VPNTQ supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are completed through the relevant third-party payment service or network. Their identity checks, transaction processing, and data retention are governed by their own rules. VPNTQ receives payment results and transaction reference information needed to verify orders, and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

Necessary information may be processed by relevant service providers to complete payments, maintain the service, or meet applicable legal obligations. The scope is limited to the relevant purpose. For legally valid data requests, their legal basis must be verified, and any disclosure is limited to the information necessary.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order information is retained as required for payment verification, refunds, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Support tickets and analytics are retained for as long as needed for their respective purposes. There is no single fixed retention period for all information. When a processing purpose ends and there is no longer a basis for retention, the relevant information is deleted or de-identified.

Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. Account ownership must be verified before processing a request. Deletion may prevent continued use of subscriptions and account features. Records that must be retained by law or are involved in an ongoing billing dispute will not be deleted yet, and the reason will be explained. Residual information in backups is removed as backups are rotated and is not used for routine business operations.

Policy Updates and Feedback

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Material changes to processing purposes, information collected, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel. Where separate consent is required, publishing a policy does not replace the user's choice. Submit privacy questions through a panel support ticket. See the Terms of Service for usage rules.
