Account & Subscription

Your account manages orders; your subscription brings route configurations into your client. Find the right section first, then update or transfer your setup.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Save your username and choose a password you don’t use on other sites. Use the same account to access the user panel, view your subscription, and submit support tickets. Your client’s configuration name is not your login username, and your subscription link is not your password. If you can’t log in to an existing account, check your keyboard input, capitalization, and any spaces copied along with your credentials. Then use the help options in the panel instead of creating another account and potentially confusing your order history.

Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update it in my client?

Sign in to the user panel and find the subscription section in your account overview. Follow the panel instructions to copy your subscription link or import it into your client. If you’ve already imported the configuration, find the subscription in your client and update or refresh it, then check whether the route list has changed. Updating a subscription and reconnecting are different actions: the first fetches the configuration; the second connects using the current configuration. If an update fails, check your plan status and remaining data in your account, then make sure your client is using the right subscription source. Avoid adding multiple configurations with the same name, which can make it easy to connect using an outdated list.

Do I need to choose a new plan to switch devices or connect on multiple devices?

VPNTQ allows unlimited devices to be connected at the same time, so switching devices alone doesn’t mean you need a new plan. Sign in to your existing account on the new device, open the client download page, then get and import your subscription. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are all supported. Device count and available data are separate: if multiple devices use the same account, plan downloads and video streaming according to the data shown in your account. When retiring an old device, remove any saved subscription configuration so your account credentials aren’t left on a device someone else could access.

What should I do if my subscription link has been shared publicly?

Your subscription link contains the information needed to access your configuration, so protect it like account credentials. Don’t post it on forums, in shared documents, or in public screenshots. If it’s exposed, look for a subscription reset option in the user panel. If you can’t find one, submit a support ticket explaining what happened and request help. After the reset, replace the subscription source on every device and update the configuration; changing its display name in the client isn’t enough. Changing your login password and resetting your subscription are separate actions. Afterward, confirm the subscription has been replaced and remove old copies from screenshots and cloud notes.

Where can I download the client, and what’s different about iOS?

Download the client from the user panel, not from direct installer links in help articles. You can sign in to download the client on Android / Windows / macOS / Linux without having purchased a plan, but you’ll need an active subscription to connect. On iOS, the client download option requires a purchased, unexpired plan; follow the instructions in the panel. Once installed, return to your account overview to import your subscription. If your system asks for network extension or VPN configuration permissions, first check the app’s source and read the system prompt, then confirm according to the client’s instructions. Don’t import configuration files from unknown sources.

Connection & Troubleshooting

Check your local network, subscription configuration, and target app separately. Change one thing at a time, and keep notes that help reproduce the issue.

Connected, but websites won’t load. What should I check first?

A connected status only means the client has tried to establish a tunnel; it doesn’t confirm that a request to a website has succeeded. Disconnect and check that your local network can reach websites that normally work. Then check your plan, remaining data, and subscription update status before selecting a route again. If only one site won’t load, try another site to determine whether the issue is with the route or the destination service. Also check whether another proxy or VPN configuration is running on your device. Change one setting at a time and note the result—it’s easier to find the cause than when changing routes, rules, and DNS all at once.

Why does my browser work, but a particular app doesn’t use the proxy?

Apps may handle network traffic differently, so a working browser doesn’t mean every app uses the same proxy route. Check whether the client is in rule-based routing or another mode, and make sure the app or domain isn’t set to connect directly. Some apps don’t use the system proxy, so check whether your client offers a system-level traffic routing feature. The name and permissions vary by client. Save your current configuration before making changes, then fully quit and reopen the app. If it still doesn’t work, include the app name, operating system, current mode, and error message in a support ticket. Don’t include your full subscription link.

Subscription update failed or the route list is empty. How do I troubleshoot it?

First, check in the user panel that your subscription link is still available. Make sure the copied link is complete and doesn’t include extra spaces, line breaks, or punctuation added by a chat app. If you reset your subscription, replace the old link; refreshing it won’t fetch the new configuration. Also make sure you’re using the subscription import feature, not pasting the link into a single-route configuration field. Restore your local network connection and try updating again. If it still fails, save the client’s error message and note your platform and the steps you took. Hide your link, username, and other account details before taking screenshots.

Do I need to reinstall after waking my device from sleep or switching networks?

Usually, check your network and connection before reinstalling. Sleep, switching Wi-Fi networks, or other changes in network conditions can interrupt an existing connection. Make sure the new network works, then disconnect and reconnect in the client. If the issue persists, fully quit and reopen the client, and check that the VPN configuration in your system matches the one used by the client. On mobile devices, check whether background activity is restricted. Only consider reinstalling, following the panel instructions, if you’ve confirmed the configuration is damaged or the client won’t start. Save any necessary configuration details first.

How can I check my exit location and DNS after connecting?

After connecting, open the IP lookup page on this site to see your current exit information and compare it with the location of your selected route. If the result hasn’t changed, refresh the page and check your client’s routing rules; the lookup page may be set to connect directly. IP location information alone can’t confirm that every app uses the same route. Check DNS settings alongside your client’s resolution settings and the test results. Don’t repeatedly reset your subscription based on the location shown by a single page. If the check fails, save the error message, confirm that regular websites load, then check your network and routing rules one at a time.

Speed & Routes

The region determines the exit location; the route type describes the connection path. Choose based on the service and your network, not just the route name.

Video buffers during peak hours. How can I compare routes effectively?

Pause large downloads and background syncing on other devices. Compare routes using the same device, network, and video so you’re not changing multiple variables at once. Try other routes in the same region first, then compare different route types. Reload the video after each switch and see whether buffering or playback improves. If every route is slow, check your local network and Wi-Fi signal too. Speed test results don’t necessarily reflect real-world video playback, and a single test can’t predict long-term performance. When contacting support, include when the issue occurred, the service you were using, the route name, and whether the problem is ongoing.

How should I choose between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?

These terms describe different network paths; none is guaranteed to be faster in every network environment. IEPL uses a dedicated link path, relay routes traffic through an intermediate point, and direct routes use a direct connection. Your experience still depends on your local carrier, destination region, and current network conditions. First identify the region you need for the service, then compare the route descriptions on the routes page. Don’t rank routes by name alone or assume a shorter distance guarantees better speed. Keep a route that works for everyday use and note alternative regions and route types so you can switch if performance changes.

What’s the coverage, and why does the route list change?

VPNTQ covers 110+ countries with 160+ routes. The public routes page shows regions and route types; the options in your client depend on the latest subscription update for your account. If the public page, an old screenshot, and your client don’t match, check that you’ve updated your subscription and look for service announcements in the panel. If a region isn’t currently available, don’t replace your subscription with one shared by someone else. If you need a specific region for work or content, check the routes currently available to you and verify the destination service after connecting. Coverage figures don’t guarantee access to every service.

An AI tool or streaming service says my region isn’t available. What should I do?

Check the service’s own regional, account, and usage requirements first, then confirm the exit region selected in your client. Network routes provide cross-border access but don’t change an account’s region, subscription eligibility, or the platform’s risk checks. If the service’s rules allow it, try a suitable region and fully quit and reopen the app before checking again. Also check whether routing rules are sending the relevant requests directly. A website loading doesn’t mean every feature will work. If you need help, provide the service name, error message, and route name. Don’t share the service’s password or access credentials.

How can I tell whether encryption is enabled, and what else should I keep in mind?

VPNTQ describes its security as bank-grade encryption. When using the service, check the client’s connection status and confirm that the current configuration is active. Encryption, app permissions, and website account security are separate concerns; connecting doesn’t replace updating your device, managing passwords, or watching for suspicious sites. Get the client and subscription from the user panel, and don’t share your configuration publicly. When troubleshooting, provide only the necessary error details and hide account credentials in screenshots. For sensitive activity, verify the website address and secure connection indicator. Don’t ignore browser or system security warnings just because the client says it’s connected.

Billing & Refunds

Check the price, data allowance, and plan duration separately. Contact support from the account used for the order so they can match it to your payment record.

How much do monthly plans and data packs cost, and which suits my usage?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs: ¥158 for 300GB · ¥358 for 1000GB · ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packs last until used and never expire. If you use the service regularly, compare the monthly plans. If your usage is occasional, consider a data pack based on how much you need. The billing models differ, so don’t compare only the upfront total. Check prices, data allowances, and reset details on the plans page, then see what’s available in the user panel. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data.

When does monthly data reset, and how is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?

Monthly plan data resets on the day your plan starts each month. For an upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Your renewal date isn’t necessarily the first of a calendar month, so check the plan and dates shown in the user panel rather than estimating by calendar month. Before upgrading, review the change details and confirmation in the panel. This help page doesn’t calculate upgrade charges or remaining time. If the result differs from what you expected, keep the order and change details and ask support to review them. Data packs last until used and never expire; monthly plan rules don’t apply to them.

What payment methods do you accept, and what if my status doesn’t update after payment?

VPNTQ accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Pay through the order and payment options in the user panel, and check the details on your current order. Don’t create duplicate orders for the same purpose on different pages. If your status doesn’t update after payment, return to the original order and check its status. Keep your payment receipt, and don’t pay again just because the page hasn’t refreshed. If the order and payment status still don’t match, submit a support ticket with the order details, payment method, and a receipt with sensitive information hidden. Use the USDT payment details shown on the current order—not an address from a chat, article, or old screenshot.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

VPNTQ offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, read the refund policy, sign in to the account used for the purchase, and submit a refund request through the support ticket option in the user panel. Include the order details needed to identify your purchase. You can describe connection issues separately from your refund request. Don’t post your password, subscription link, or full payment receipt publicly. Refund eligibility and handling are subject to the refund policy and support’s response; this page doesn’t promise a processing or payment-provider timeline. If you paid more than once or have an order that needs review, mention it in the ticket so support can identify the right records.

Do data packs expire, and what should I do if I’m not using one for a while?

Data packs last until used and never expire. If you’re not using the service, disconnect clients you don’t need and check whether background downloads, cloud syncing, or video apps are still using data; closing a page doesn’t necessarily stop an app from connecting. When you’re ready to use the service again, check your remaining data in the user panel, update your subscription, and connect. Never expires refers to the data pack’s validity period—it doesn’t mean you can keep connecting after using all your data or that background requests won’t count toward usage. If usage differs from what you expected, check activity on each device and whether your subscription was shared, then contact support.
