Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund terms, request process, and payment return arrangements for VPNTQ subscriptions. Before submitting a request, check the payment records in your account. If you need help, open a ticket through the user panel so your request can be matched to the relevant order.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 60 days of your first payment. The refund window is measured from the first successful payment recorded on the account, not from installing a client, importing a subscription, or making the first connection. You do not need to prove a connection issue or explain why you no longer use the service.

Your request must be linked to an order with a successful payment. Unpaid orders, and canceled orders with no charge, have no funds to refund; amounts already refunded will not be refunded again. If you have multiple payments, renewals, or upgrades, list each one separately. The ticket team will check the relevant amounts and scope to distinguish account balances, order totals, and external payments.

Usage Records and Exceptional Cases

Connecting normally, importing a subscription, or using plan data does not by itself mean you have waived the refund commitment above. Monthly subscriptions and data plans are billed differently, but the statement that data plans never expire refers to the validity of the data, not an unlimited refund window. Requests made after the refund window are outside the scope of this no-questions-asked full refund commitment.

If an order involves excess data use, unusual consumption, account violations, or a payment dispute, handling should distinguish usage records, account management, and ownership of funds. An unusual-use flag alone does not mean a refund will be refused. If further verification is needed, the ticket should specify the matter and its basis; no unpublished data deduction rate will be applied. Funds whose ownership cannot be confirmed must be checked first to avoid returning them to the wrong account.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in to the account used for payment, open the ticket page, state that you are requesting a refund, and list the orders to be checked.
  2. Provide the order number, payment date, amount, and payment method. If the order details do not match the amount charged, you may attach payment evidence with unrelated information obscured.
  3. Add any verification details to the original ticket, then check the response, refund scope, and payment return instructions. Keep the ticket and order records for follow-up.

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Refund communications take place through tickets in the panel. Verification does not require your account password, payment password, private key, or recovery phrase. Do not share subscription links publicly or post screenshots containing complete payment details on public pages.

Returns to the Original Payment Method

Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. For Alipay or WeChat Pay, the original transaction record should be checked first. If the original method cannot process the return, the ticket should explain why and confirm an available alternative. You will not be asked to make another payment to complete a refund.

USDT transfers have a different cancellation process from Alipay and WeChat Pay. You may provide the original transaction identifier with your request to help verify the payment network and transaction record. If a receiving address needs to be confirmed, verify the network and address through the original ticket. Do not send funds to a new address before confirmation. Any differences in the amount returned or in processing should be explained before the transfer; no exchange rate or fee not listed in the facts will be assumed.

Refund Status and Follow-Up

Request review, the refund transfer, and posting by the payment provider are separate steps. Posting time depends on order verification, processing by the original payment method, and confirmation by the payment network; this policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. A ticket marked as accepted does not mean funds have arrived. Confirm completion using the refund receipt and payment account records.

If the refund has not arrived, follow up in the original ticket with the order number and current status. Submitting duplicate tickets does not replace the payment provider's posting process. Once a refund is complete, service entitlements for that order should be adjusted according to the outcome; check the panel for the status of other orders. See the Terms of Service for account rules and the Privacy Policy for information-handling practices.
